Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise work carried out, both on the surface and underground.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all workshop activities.
• Provide guidance where needed.
• Supervise maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong background in mechanical operations.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fitter/Plater/Welder experience.
• You will need to pass a safety critical medical for this position and there may be other restrictions due to Health and Safety
